After being in the industry for over 10 years, owner and operator David M. Broomhall, Jr. started J&D Windows and Doors General Contracting which currently serves the Capital Region of New York, and its wide radius of surrounding areas. Since opening in 2017, we based our business on not only the products we offer and craftsmanship we have but also the customer service and communication with our customers. The relationships we have developed with our window and door companies allow us to give you great pricing on all of our products and the ability to offer exclusive promotions throughout the year. We communicate from start to finish starting with the initial estimate, talking to our potential customers to learn their desires and what they truly need. Any company can come in and sell you their top of the line product but we have come to find that you don't always have someone who wants the top of the line but instead a more cost friendly option with comparable features.

With all of the products we use from our windows, doors and decking, to the installation itself, are covered under warranty. Our window and door product warranties differ from one another but all are covered under a one time transferable limited life time policy that is good for a minimum of 25 years. Our labor is covered for a minimum of 5 years, additional time is optional at a fair and reasonable cost per job, also a one time transferable option if extended time is purchased.
